EXPERIENCE

Body movement has always been a passion of mine, from a young age I could be found guiding peers through movement based activities or simply enjoying movement all on my own! As I teenager I found yoga with the intention of “never losing my flexibility” and since then my practice has progressed and blossomed into one I feel privileged to share with others.

In 2011 I began teaching Vinyasa, in 2016 I furthered my assisting training with Thai Yoga Massage, and in 2017 I continued my education with a focus on Yin yoga. As time passes and yoga transforms I love finding new ways to expresses myself through movement.
